Participation in XXV International Congress of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics

XXV International Congress of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics

This congress aims at gathering the scientific community from around the world to discuss about the new progresses in mechanics and its continuously growing field of applications. It as a unique occasion to discuss of science, strengthen relationships and create new contacts.

ICTAM congresses are organized every four years under the auspices of the International Union of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (IUTAM). Two invited talks of members of the IDEAL project were given in this conference:

  • Formation of isolated flame cells propagating across ultra lean hydrogen mixtures in narrow gaps (see the document)
  • Impact of heat losses on freely propagating premixed flames in narrow channels: from non-symmetric to symmetric flame shape

Contact

IDEAL aims at closing knowledge gaps regarding Hydrogen and Hydrogen-Derived fuels (ammonia, biofuels, biogas) to develop or adapt existing appliances to carbon-free fuels. You can write us an email or contact us through our contact form.
